Shipping Rates

Western Canada (BC, AB, SK) - $12.95 flat rate per order (Orders over $125 ship free)

Eastern Canada (MB, NB, NL, NS, ON, PEI, QC) - $14.95 flat rate per order (Orders over $125 ship free)

Northern Canada (NWT, NU, YT) - $14.95 flat rate per order (Orders over $125 ship free)

We are not currently shipping outside of Canada.

How long will my order take to ship?

We process orders upon receipt. If all items ordered are in stock, then we will pack up and ship within 1-2 business days. Often we will ship the same day if orders are received in the morning. Occasionally an item from your order will be out of stock, in which case we will ship out as soon as it’s re-stocked. If there is any issue or significant delay for your order we will contact you.

How is my order shipped?

Orders Within Canada

Orders are shipped in eco-friendly packaging and shipped via the most cost efficient and speedy courier method available. All parcels are tracked, a tracking number will be emailed to you upon creation of shipping label.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once orders are received at the courier location, the expected delivery time will depend on your location. All orders ship out of Nelson BC Canada. Parcels shipped to Kelowna and Vancouver are 1-2 business days. Orders to Calgary are 2-3 business days. Orders to Ontario are 5-7 business days. Expected delivery time can be seen with your tracking information which is emailed to you when the shipping label is created.
