Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items purchased at one of our retail partners should be returned to point of purchase. Items not purchased on our online store are not eligible for a refund.
To begin the return process, contact us at klskinnelson@gmail.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your return. If we receive an item without you first requesting a return, your return will not be accepted.
Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the returnee and are not eligible for reimbursement.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Send photos and a description of the issue to klskinnelson@gmail.com.
Non-Eligible Items
Opened and/or used items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
If you would like to re-order the same item, submit a separate order online once your return has been accepted and processed.
Processing Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method*. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the returned funds.
*We cannot process refunds via interac e-transfer, we will issue a coupon that can be used on our website instead.
Refused, Uncollected, and Undeliverable Packages
In cases where an order is “returned to sender” due to refusal or non-collection, we will refund your total order amount, minus the shipping cost, back to your original payment method upon your request. We will need to confirm that the package was successfully returned and received in our facility before we can start the refund process.
In the context of international shipments, parcels will be considered as abandoned and will NOT be subject to "return to sender". Instead, the shipping company will undertake the responsible disposal or destruction of the parcel.
